If you are having trouble connecting to the service via this application, please allow us to assist in resolving the problem before providing a rating. Follow these steps and then contact us with details of the step at which the error occurs. Please include " for BlackBerry" in the subject of your email.

1. If you have not yet created a BlackBerry ID, you will need to create one before you can download the application. Click on the Download link and follow the instructions. Note that this ID is different from your username and password.

2. If you do not have the App World application on your BlackBerry device, you should first download the BlackBerry App World application on your device. You can then directly install the application by scanning the QR/bar code that appears on this page or by searching for keyword Naukri inside the App World application.

3. Once you have the application successfully downloaded on your device, enter your username and password to proceed.

4. You should have a data plan that permits access to 3rd party web sites. Some 'lite' carrier data plans may have limited connectivity. If you have a company provided BlackBerry device, you may need your company administrator to provide permissions to your device to download 3rd party applications. Most users will not need to change the network settings in the application, but in rare cases if you suspect that there is a network issue you can fine tune your network settings by using the Settings menu in the application on the Login screen

5. In rare cases, if the application does not start properly after download, reboot your device and try again. Your device should have approximately 1MB of free memory.

6. Use the Send Feedback menu from within the application to send us feedback and requests for support. This will autocapture your device and software version details and assist in troubleshooting.
